The Bourne Legacy Tops The Campaign and The Dark Knight Rises

There's a new box office champion in town as The Bourne Legacy relaunch nabbed the top spot away from the The Dark Knight Rises' fourth weekend.  Taking in about $40.3 million, The Bourne Legacy is still behind The Bourne Supremacy's $52.4 million and The Bourne Ultimatum's $69.2 million, thought it is still good news considering it's the fourth in the series and a new lead taking control.

Will Ferrell's and Zach Galifianakis' comedy The Campaign, took in about $27.4 million for second place.  Which is pretty good considering Will Ferrell's movies have reached a plateau in recent times.

Total Recall, on the other hand, dropped almost 70% this weekend, resulting in a major disappointment for Sony, and could make my 2012 flops list, unless a huge overseas audience chimes in.
