Divergent Smashes the Competition

It looks like we have another young adult franchise on our hands; Divergent easily took the top spot at the box office this weekend ($56 million).   Meanwhile, despite it's positive reviews, Muppets Most Wanted kinda disappointed with a second place finish ($16.5 million). Which is a lot short compared to The Muppet Movie's $29.2 million opening weekend in 2011.
