The Jungle Book Dominates Third Weekend in a Row with $42.4 million, While Captain America: Civil War Crushed Overseas with $200.2 Debut

Disney's The Jungle Book legs are strong as it's $42.4 million gross this weekend is only a 31% drop off from last.  So far, the Bare Necessities flick has grossed $252.1 million domestically, for a global total of $684.8 million.

In other big news (unsurprisingly, also from the Disney camp), Captain America: Civil War crushed the box office overseas, as it grossed $200.2 million... One week ahead of it's release here in the States... So look for Disney to have the number 1 and number 2 spots next weekend.

Oh yeah, there were newcomers at the box office this weekend, but didn't really make a dent: Keanu - $9.5 million, Mother's Day - $8.3 million, Ratchet & Clank - $4.8 million.
